On Saturday morning, July 20, police officers in the Bensouda security zone in Fez arrested a 19-year-old man on suspicion of involvement in a murder in which he used an iron tool against a victim who works as a food wholesaler.
Preliminary investigations indicate that the suspect got into a dispute with the victim, aged 40, over a dispute over the installment of some goods, which developed into an assault with an iron stick that resulted in the death of the victim upon arrival at the emergency department of the local hospital.
Thanks to a quick security operation, the suspect was identified and arrested, and the tool used in the crime was seized.
