Fez: The “Maftah Arrahma” Association, in partnership with the École Normale Supérieure (ENS) of Fez, the Regional Coordination of National Cooperation in Fez, and the Regional Academy of Education and Training for the Fez-Meknes region, is organizing a scientific seminar on the topic of “Vocational Training for People with Intellectual Disabilities in Morocco: Challenges and Opportunities.”
This seminar is scheduled to take place on Saturday, April 26, 2025, in the conference hall of the École Normale Supérieure (ENS) of Fez, starting at 9:30 AM.
The scientific seminar aims to shed light on the reality of vocational training for people with intellectual disabilities in Morocco, review the challenges they face in this field, and explore the available opportunities to enhance their professional integration and empower them economically and socially.
The seminar is expected to witness the participation of researchers, academics, professionals, and civil society actors concerned with issues of intellectual disability. Presentations and discussions will aim to exchange experiences and knowledge and to develop practical recommendations that contribute to the development of mechanisms and programs for the vocational training of this segment of society.
