Fez – His Royal Highness Prince Moulay Rachid, accompanied by Their Highnesses Prince Moulay Ahmed and Prince Moulay Abdelslam, visited the Mausoleum of Moulay Idriss Al-Azhar in the city of Fez this Wednesday evening, on the occasion of the celebration of their circumcision, in accordance with authentic Moroccan traditions.
Upon the arrival of His Royal Highness’s motorcade at the mausoleum, he was received by the Minister of Endowments and Islamic Affairs, Mr. Ahmed Toufiq, and the Wali of the Fez-Meknes region, Governor of the Fez Prefecture, Mr. Mouad El Jamaï, who presented their greetings to His Highness.
At the entrance of the Mausoleum of Moulay Idriss Al-Azhar, representatives of the Idrisid Qaytouniyyin Sharifian families welcomed His Royal Highness Prince Moulay Rachid and the esteemed Princes Moulay Ahmed and Moulay Abdelslam, offering their greetings to His Highness before they proceeded to visit the shrine.
At the conclusion of this blessed visit, prayers were raised to the Almighty God, beseeching Him to protect the Commander of the Faithful, His Majesty King Mohammed VI, may God assist him, with the protection of the Wise Quran, to guide his steps, and to crown his actions and initiatives with success and fulfillment, for the good, glory, and prosperity of his loyal people.
The attendees also implored the Almighty to grant joy to His Majesty the King through his Crown Prince, His Royal Highness Prince Moulay El Hassan, and to strengthen His Majesty with his brother, His Royal Highness Prince Moulay Rachid, and all members of the noble Royal Family.
