Ifrane: Over 10,000 Families to Benefit from “Ramadan 1447” Food Aid – List of Concerned Communes

Ifrane – A total of 10,338 families in Ifrane Province will benefit from the “Ramadan 1447” food aid operation, organized in implementation of the High Instructions of King Mohammed VI on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan.

The operation is overseen by the Mohammed V Foundation for Solidarity, targeting the most vulnerable social groups, including widows, the elderly, persons with disabilities, and families living in difficult conditions in both urban and rural areas.

The launch of the operation at the provincial level was presided over by the Governor of Ifrane, Idriss Msabah. The beneficiaries are distributed across several territorial communes, including:

Dayet Aoua: 1,100 families

Ifrane: 500 families

Azrou: 500 families

Ben Smim and Tigrigra: 1,800 families

Timahdite: 1,600 families

Ain Leuh: 1,000 families

Sidi El Makhfi: 1,638 families

Oued Ifrane: 1,100 families

Tizguite: 1,100 families

The distributed food baskets include essential items such as flour, milk, rice, oil, sugar, tomato paste, pasta, lentils, and tea. The operation is carried out in coordination with local authorities and relevant external services to ensure compliance with eligibility criteria and proper organization of the distribution process.

At the national level, the “Ramadan 1447” operation benefits a total of 4,362,732 people, with an overall budget of approximately 305 million dirhams and the distribution of 34,550 tons of food products, in a continued effort to promote values of solidarity and mutual support during the holy month.
