Rabat – Une source qualifiée de « hautement confidentielle » a révélé à Fès News qu’un ancien secrétaire général d’un parti politique est intervenu dans les consultations internes liées aux prochaines échéances électorales, en exprimant son opposition à l’investiture d’une députée connue pour sa forte présence sur les réseaux sociaux.
Selon cette source, l’ancien dirigeant aurait fait connaître son refus aux responsables du parti, allant jusqu’à poser ce qu’il considère comme un « veto » contre la candidature de la parlementaire concernée. Il aurait également menacé de se retirer définitivement du parti si son investiture était maintenue.

According to the source, the former party leader informed senior party officials of his opposition, effectively placing a “veto” on the parliamentarian’s nomination. He reportedly warned that he would permanently withdraw from the party if the nomination were approved.
The same source said that the move has generated tensions within the party’s leadership, with ongoing efforts to reach a compromise that would preserve internal unity before the official announcement of candidates.
The source added that consultations are still underway and that no final decision has yet been made, as discussions continue within the party’s competent bodies.
