El Hajeb – Les autorités concernées ont approuvé une convention de partenariat visant la réalisation d’un projet destiné à protéger la ville d’Aghourai, dans la province d’El Hajeb, contre les risques d’inondations, pour un budget global estimé à 11,54 millions de dirhams. Ce projet s’inscrit dans les efforts visant à renforcer la prévention des catastrophes naturelles et à protéger la population ainsi que les infrastructures contre les effets des changements climatiques.
Selon les informations disponibles pour Fès News, l’Agence du bassin hydraulique du Sebou assure la maîtrise d’ouvrage de ce projet, dont le financement repose sur un partenariat entre plusieurs institutions nationales et territoriales. La contribution du ministère de l’Intérieur s’élève à 3,27 millions de dirhams, celle du Conseil de la région Fès-Meknès à 3,27 millions de dirhams, tandis que l’Agence du bassin hydraulique du Sebou et le Conseil provincial d’El Hajeb contribuent chacun à hauteur de 2,50 millions de dirhams.
La convention inclut également le ministère de l’Économie et des Finances ainsi que la commune d’Aghourai et d’autres partenaires institutionnels, dans le cadre d’une approche participative visant à accélérer la mise en œuvre du projet et à garantir son efficacité sur le terrain.
Selon les mêmes sources, l’Agence du bassin hydraulique du Sebou se chargera des études techniques et des travaux liés au projet, en plus de fournir sa part de financement et de suivre les différentes phases de réalisation conformément au calendrier établi.
Ce projet revêt une importance particulière en raison des défis liés aux risques d’inondations dans certaines zones lors de fortes précipitations. Il devrait contribuer à renforcer la protection du tissu urbain de la ville d’Aghourai et à sécuriser les populations, les biens et les infrastructures de base.
Ce chantier s’inscrit dans la continuité des programmes nationaux visant à renforcer la sécurité hydrique et la résilience des territoires face aux changements climatiques, à travers le développement de projets de prévention des inondations et la mobilisation des acteurs institutionnels autour d’initiatives à impact direct sur les citoyens.

El Hajeb – The relevant authorities have approved a partnership agreement for the implementation of a project aimed at protecting the city of Aghourai in the province of El Hajeb from flood risks, with a total budget of approximately 11.54 million dirhams.
