Cette distinction intervient après un vote ayant rassemblé 7,451 passionnés d’architecture de stades à travers le monde, qui ont évalué 28 stades inaugurés au cours de l’année 2025 dans plusieurs pays.
The distinction followed a vote involving 7,451 stadium architecture enthusiasts from around the world, who evaluated 28 stadiums inaugurated during 2025 across different countries.

Selon les résultats du vote, le stade de Rabat est arrivé en tête avec 14,481 points, devant le Grand Stade de Tanger classé deuxième avec 10,453 points, tandis que le stade “Claro Arena” à Santiago, au Chili, s’est classé troisième avec 10,318 points.
According to the voting results, the Rabat stadium ranked first with 14,481 points, ahead of the Grand Stadium of Tangier in second place with 10,453 points, while the “Claro Arena” stadium in Santiago, Chile, came third with 10,318 points.

Ce stade figure parmi les infrastructures sportives les plus modernes du Royaume. Construit entre 2023 et 2025, il dispose d’une capacité d’accueil d’environ 69,500 spectateurs et fait partie d’un complexe sportif intégré comprenant également une salle multisports, une piste d’athlétisme et une piscine olympique.

Le stade a été conçu par le cabinet international d’architecture Populous et se distingue par des tribunes proches de la pelouse afin d’améliorer l’ambiance lors des matchs, ainsi que par sa façade lumineuse et ses équipements modernes conformes aux normes de la FIFA.
The stadium was designed by the international architecture firm Populous and stands out for its stands positioned close to the pitch to enhance match atmosphere, as well as its illuminated façade and modern facilities that meet FIFA standards.
