Fès – La Fondation Mohammed VI des œuvres sociales des fonctionnaires de la sûreté nationale et l’Université euro-méditerranéenne de Fès ont signé, au cours de la première semaine de mars 2026, un accord de partenariat visant à renforcer la coopération dans le domaine de l’enseignement supérieur et à faciliter l’accès des enfants de la famille de la sûreté nationale à la formation universitaire privée.
Fez – The Mohammed VI Foundation for Social Works of National Security Employees and the Euro-Mediterranean University of Fez signed, during the first week of March 2026, a partnership agreement aimed at strengthening cooperation in higher education and facilitating access to private university training for children of the National Security family.

Selon les informations disponibles, cet accord vise à permettre aux enfants des policières et policiers, qu’ils soient en activité ou à la retraite, ainsi qu’aux orphelins de la famille de la sûreté nationale, de bénéficier de bourses d’études et de réductions sur les frais de scolarité dans diverses filières et formations proposées par l’Université euro-méditerranéenne de Fès.
According to available information, the agreement aims to allow children of police officers, whether active or retired, as well as orphans from the National Security family, to benefit from scholarships and tuition fee reductions across various programs and training courses offered by the Euro-Mediterranean University of Fez.

Les dispositions de l’accord prévoient des réductions sur les frais de scolarité à partir de 10 %, avec la possibilité d’obtenir des bourses complètes pour les orphelins de la famille de la sûreté nationale, selon des critères reposant principalement sur l’excellence académique.
The provisions of the agreement include tuition fee reductions starting from 10%, with the possibility of full scholarships for orphans from the National Security family, based primarily on academic excellence criteria.

Ce partenariat ouvre également des perspectives de coopération plus larges entre la Direction générale de la sûreté nationale et l’Université euro-méditerranéenne de Fès, notamment à travers la mise à disposition des infrastructures universitaires pour des programmes de formation continue et spécialisée destinés aux services de la sûreté nationale, ainsi que le renforcement de l’échange d’expertises et d’expériences dans des domaines scientifiques d’intérêt commun.
This partnership also opens broader avenues of cooperation between the General Directorate of National Security and the Euro-Mediterranean University of Fez, including providing university infrastructure for continuous and specialized training programs for National Security services, as well as strengthening the exchange of expertise and experiences in scientific fields of common interest.
