In an atmosphere marked by reverence and loyalty, Commander of the Faithful King Mohammed VI visited the Mausoleum of Mohammed V on Saturday, where he offered prayers for the soul of the late King Mohammed V, on the occasion of the 10th of Ramadan, marking the anniversary of the passing of the Father of the Nation.
The King was accompanied by Crown Prince Moulay Hassan, Prince Moulay Rachid, and Prince Moulay Ahmed, in a symbolic moment reflecting the deep bond between the Throne and the people, and recalling key milestones in the Kingdom’s history.
On the same occasion, the King also paid tribute at the grave of the late King Hassan II, in a gesture that highlights the continuity of the Moroccan state and its steadfast attachment to its religious and national constants.
The anniversary of the 10th of Ramadan carries profound national significance, as it commemorates the historic struggle led by King Mohammed V and the pivotal role he played in shaping modern Morocco, consolidating the values of unity, sovereignty, and independence.

Mohammed VI se recueille à la mémoire des souverains défunts à l’occasion du 10 Ramadan
Dans une atmosphère empreinte de recueillement et de fidélité, Amir Al-Mouminine Mohammed VI a effectué, samedi, une visite au Mausolée Mohammed V, où il s’est recueilli sur la tombe du défunt Mohammed V, à l’occasion du 10 Ramadan, date commémorant le décès du Père de la Nation.
Le Souverain était accompagné de Prince héritier Moulay Hassan, de Prince Moulay Rachid et de Prince Moulay Ahmed, dans un moment symbolique illustrant la profondeur du lien entre le Trône et le peuple et rappelant des étapes majeures de l’histoire du Royaume.
À cette occasion, le Roi s’est également recueilli sur la tombe du défunt Hassan II, dans un geste traduisant la continuité de l’État marocain et son attachement constant à ses fondements religieux et nationaux.
