Financial and Real Estate Management A significant portion of the session will be dedicated to administrative and financial updates:
- Presentation of an information report on the President’s activities between the two sessions.
- Discussion on programming the real surplus from the 2025 budget management.
- Closing the special account for urban transportation by bus.
- Reclassifying a land parcel on Abdelkrim Bencheqroun Street from public domain to private domain to facilitate investment projects.
- Updating the property inventory and regularizing legal statuses for the use of public property.
Development Projects and International Cooperation The agenda highlights several initiatives aimed at institutional management and international collaboration:
- The creation and capital contribution of the local development company “Fez Green City S.A.” (Fes ville verte S.A) .
- A partnership with the City of Nice, France, for a “model garden” project to address water stress.

Le Conseil de la Commune de Fès a annoncé l’ordre du jour de sa session ordinaire de février 2026. Cette session comprend un total de 94 points répartis sur deux séances, traitant de questions financières, immobilières, environnementales et sociales, ainsi que de nombreux accords de partenariat locaux et internationaux.
Gestion Financière et Immobilière Une partie importante des délibérations sera consacrée aux mises à jour administratives et financières :
- Présentation du rapport d’activité du Président entre les deux sessions.
- Examen de la programmation de l’excédent réel issu de la gestion budgétaire 2025.
- Clôture du compte spécial relatif au transport urbain par bus.
- Déclassement d’une parcelle sur l’avenue Abdelkrim Bencheqroun du domaine public vers le domaine privé pour des projets d’investissement.
- Mise à jour de l’inventaire des biens communaux et régularisation des occupations du domaine public.

- Expropriation de terrains dans les zones de “Jnan El Ward” et “Sehrij Gnawa” pour la création de terrains de sport de proximité.
- Aménagement de nouvelles voies dans les arrondissements de Saïss, Zouagha et Bab Ftouh.
- Approbation d’un partenariat pour la prise en charge des chiens errants.
- Modification de l’organigramme de l’arrondissement Saïss et dénomination de ses rues.
Partenariats Sportifs Une large section de l’ordre du jour (points 28 à 90) concerne des conventions avec des dizaines d’associations sportives locales. Ces partenariats couvrent le football, le basket-ball, le volley-ball et l’athlétisme.
