Le Conseil supérieur du pouvoir judiciaire a achevé les travaux de la session de septembre 2025, qui ont abouti à l’adoption d’un ensemble de décisions relatives à la gestion de la situation professionnelle des magistrats, portant sur les nominations, mutations, affectations et promotions, dans le cadre de la poursuite de la mise en œuvre de la réforme du système judiciaire et du renforcement de l’efficacité de la justice au sein des différentes juridictions du Royaume.
The Superior Council of the Judicial Power concluded the work of its September 2025 session, which resulted in the approval of a package of decisions related to the professional management of judges, including appointments, transfers, assignments and promotions, as part of ongoing efforts to implement judicial system reform and enhance judicial efficiency across the Kingdom’s courts.
