As part of the latest transfer movement released by the Supreme Council of the Judicial Authority, Taounate Province has witnessed a series of appointments and transfers involving judges and deputy public prosecutors, within the September session, in a context aimed at strengthening human resources and ensuring the smooth functioning of the judicial service.
Dans le cadre de la dernière mobilité annoncée par le Conseil supérieur du pouvoir judiciaire, la province de Taounate a connu une série de nominations et de mutations concernant des magistrats et des substituts du parquet, dans le cadre de la session de septembre, visant à renforcer les ressources humaines et à assurer le bon fonctionnement du service judiciaire.

According to information contained in the official lists consulted by Fes News newspaper, this movement included the appointment of judges at the Court of First Instance in Taounate, as well as transfers affecting several judges working in the province to other courts.
Selon les informations figurant dans les listes officielles consultées par le journal Fes News, ce mouvement a concerné la nomination de magistrats au tribunal de première instance de Taounate, ainsi que des mutations de plusieurs juges exerçant dans la province vers d’autres juridictions.

Kamal Abdelawi Andaloussi Maane, judge at the Court of First Instance in Tetouan, was appointed judge at the Court of First Instance in Taounate.
Youssef Atbato, Deputy Public Prosecutor at the Court of First Instance in Tinghir, was appointed judge at the Court of First Instance in Taounate.

Nadia El Berroudi, judge at the Court of First Instance in Taounate with residence in Karia Ba Mohamed, was appointed Deputy Public Prosecutor at the Court of First Instance in Fez.
Ridouane Nhass, judge at the Court of First Instance in Taounate, was appointed Deputy Prosecutor General at the Court of Appeal in Kenitra.

Ces nominations et mutations s’inscrivent dans le cadre de la volonté du Conseil supérieur du pouvoir judiciaire d’appliquer les critères de compétence et de mérite, de renforcer l’efficacité judiciaire et de parvenir à un meilleur équilibre dans la répartition des ressources humaines, afin d’améliorer la qualité des services rendus aux justiciables dans la province de Taounate et, plus généralement, dans la région Fès–Meknès.
