Lors de la même réunion, il a également été procédé à l’approbation de la promotion de 155 magistrats des juridictions financières au grade « ممتاز » (grade ممتاز/grade d’excellence), créé sur Hautes Instructions Royales, dans une démarche visant à valoriser les parcours professionnels des magistrats et à renforcer l’efficacité de cette institution judiciaire.
