Tangier – Abdoulaye Fall, President of the Senegalese Football Federation, sent a letter of thanks to Fouzi Lekjaa, President of the Royal Moroccan Football Federation, expressing his appreciation for the warm reception and the high quality of organization afforded to the Senegal national team delegation during its stay in Tangier.
The Senegalese official explained that the support and facilities provided by the Moroccan authorities helped ensure favorable conditions for accommodation and preparation, noting that this had a positive impact on the atmosphere surrounding Senegal’s participation in the tournament.
Fall pointed out that the spirit of cooperation and hospitality experienced by the Senegalese delegation reflected a high level of professionalism in organization, while also highlighting the efficient management of logistical aspects related to hosting the participating teams.
In the same context, the President of the Senegalese Federation congratulated the Morocco national football team on qualifying for the semifinals of the competition, expressing his admiration for the level of performance displayed by the “Atlas Lions” throughout the tournament.
He concluded his message by extending his sincere wishes of success to Morocco in the upcoming matches, emphasizing that relations between Morocco and Senegal go beyond the sporting sphere and reflect fraternal ties based on mutual respect and shared cooperation.
