Morocco’s national team players said, in press comments on the sidelines of their latest training session, that the squad will approach the match against Zambia with a win-at-all-costs mentality, aiming to get back on track after the game versus Mali. They also stressed their commitment to following head coach Walid Regragui’s instructions and working with a strong team spirit.
In this context, Ilias Akhomach noted that the match will not be easy, pointing out that it may present challenges similar to those faced in the previous encounter. However, he emphasized the strength of the group and the positive atmosphere within the team, adding that the focus is on implementing the technical staff’s directives and securing victory.
For his part, Bilal El Khannouss said the players reviewed and analyzed their performance against Mali to identify strengths and correct mistakes. He confirmed that preparations are continuing on both the physical and technical fronts in order to achieve a positive result against Zambia, while highlighting the strong confidence within the squad and the collective team approach.
