- Port digitalization
- Marine engineering

- Blue and circular economy
Visit Program:
- Briefing sessions on investment prospects in the Dakhla-Oued Ed-Dahab region
- Institutional meetings with Moroccan regional and port authorities
- Business-to-business (B2B) meetings with local economic actors
- Field visits to the current port of Dakhla, logistics zones, and maritime facilities
Particular focus is placed on the Dakhla Atlantic Port project (estimated cost of 1.3 billion euros), which is considered strategic infrastructure that will transform the region into a major Atlantic logistics hub, opening broad horizons for partnerships with the Canary Islands, which possess extensive experience in port management and maritime services.
This mission comes within the framework of the Canary Islands’ international openness strategy and confirms the growing convergence between the Moroccan and Canary port systems, especially in light of Dakhla’s distinguished geostrategic location on Atlantic supply chains between Europe, Africa, and the Americas.
