As part of the national campaign for prevention and early detection of breast and cervical cancer, the Regional Delegation of Health and Social Protection in Sefrou, in collaboration with the mobile medical unit of the Mohammed V Foundation for Solidarity, is organizing a medical and awareness campaign for the benefit of women in Agzran Commune.
This campaign will start on Thursday, October 23, 2025, from 9:00 AM, aiming to encourage women to undergo early screening and raise awareness about the importance of regular check-ups to prevent these two serious diseases, which are among the leading causes of death among women in Morocco and worldwide.
This initiative falls within national efforts to enhance women’s health and cancer prevention by bringing free diagnostic and screening services closer to women in rural and semi-rural areas through the mobile medical units of the Mohammed V Foundation for Solidarity, which provide access to remote medical screening services.
The organizing body confirmed that the invitation is open to all women to benefit from the campaign’s services, whether for early detection or health awareness, under the slogan:
“Your health is your capital… prevention and early detection are your guarantee.”
The Ministry of Health and Social Protection, alongside the Mohammed V Foundation for Solidarity, urges all women not to hesitate to undergo regular medical screening as an effective means to detect the disease in its early stages, ensuring better chances for treatment and recovery.
