The Moroccan players showcased a balanced and cautious technical performance throughout the match, especially against a U.S. team considered one of the top contenders for the title, having set impressive records in the earlier stages.

Zabiri opened the scoring for Morocco in the 31st minute, before the United States equalized through a penalty kick. However, an American defender later made an own goal, giving Morocco the second goal, and Yassine Jassim sealed the win with a third goal.
