Body of a Young Girl Found in Ksar El Kebir Shows Signs of Violence and Sexual Assault, Sparking Outrage

On Tuesday, the lifeless body of a young girl was discovered near Abi Al Mahasin College in the city of Ksar El Kebir, ending the intensive search launched after her mysterious disappearance on Monday evening.

Preliminary medical examinations indicate that the probable cause of death was a severe head injury caused by a blow with a stone. The body also showed multiple signs of beating and torture, along with evidence suggesting sexual assault.

Collected evidence leads to the belief that the victim might be Hidaya, a six-year-old girl whose family reported her disappearance the day before in the Oulad Ahmed neighborhood.

Immediately following the discovery, security forces secured the area and initiated an urgent judicial investigation under the supervision of the competent prosecution. Experts from the police forensic laboratory were called to carry out necessary samples and analyses to identify the perpetrator or perpetrators of this heinous crime.

This tragedy has plunged the local population into shock and anger. Many citizens expressed their indignation over this unprecedented violence and demanded swift justice, emphasizing the need to strengthen child protection and improve security in the region.
