Berrechid: The Directorate General of Local Authorities, under the Ministry of Interior, has approved a proposal submitted by the Berrechid Communal Council, in coordination with the regional authorities, aimed at finding a solution to the issue of “casual workers” plaguing the city.
The approved proposal stipulates resorting to the National Agency for the Promotion of Employment and Skills (“ANAPEC”) as a mechanism for employing this category of workers.
This measure comes within the framework of the Berrechid Communal Council and regional authorities’ efforts to find sustainable solutions for the situation of workers employed on a casual basis, ensuring their rights and providing them with organized employment opportunities through official channels.
This step is expected to contribute to regulating the local labor market in Berrechid and facilitating the integration of “casual workers” into the professional sector by utilizing ANAPEC’s services in the field of employment and training.
