Authorities Ban Collective Travel for Raja Casablanca Fans to Meknes Ahead of Upcoming Match

As part of security and precautionary measures, and according to a statement from Raja Casablanca Football Club, the club’s management has received a decision from the local authorities in Meknes prohibiting the “collective travel” of its fans to the city to attend the upcoming match between the team and the Meknes club on Monday, March 10, 2025, as part of the 24th round of the Moroccan Pro League.

The club confirmed in an official statement that it had received the directive from the local authorities of Meknes, which bans the collective travel of Raja fans to the Charfiy Stadium in Meknes, where the match will take place. Raja Casablanca emphasized the importance of adhering to this decision in respect of official regulations and to prioritize the team’s interests.

Currently, Raja Casablanca sits in seventh place in the league standings with 33 points, after 8 wins, 9 draws, and 6 losses. Meanwhile, the Meknes club occupies the tenth spot with 30 points, having won 7 matches, drawn 9, and lost 7.

With this decision, Raja Casablanca continues to show its commitment to cooperating with local authorities and maintaining security during matches. The club calls on its fans to understand and comply with the issued directives to ensure the smooth progression of the league.
