As part of ongoing efforts to combat organized crime, the judicial police in the regional security department of Nador arrested two individuals on Friday, January 31, who are suspected of being involved in a series of serious crimes, including drug trafficking, psychoactive substances, illegal immigration, human trafficking, as well as kidnapping, detention, fraud, and scams.
The suspects were arrested based on national arrest warrants issued by the National Judicial Police Brigade, with support from the National Police and the Royal Gendarmerie in Nador.
Search operations related to this case led to the discovery of two vehicles with forged license plates, three bladed weapons, a blunt object, and five counterfeit license plates.
The suspects are currently under provisional detention, supervised by the competent public prosecutor, in order to complete investigations and uncover all the criminal activities attributed to them, reaffirming the authorities’ commitment to combat these threats to public safety.
