The General Directorate of Meteorology (DGM) has forecasted snowfall and heavy thunderstorms on Wednesday and Thursday in several provinces across the Kingdom.
In an orange-level weather alert bulletin, the DGM indicated that snowfall (5 to 15 cm) is expected on heights exceeding 1,600 meters on Thursday from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM in the provinces of Al Haouz, Azilal, Midelt, Tinghir, Beni Mellal, and Ouarzazate.
Additionally, heavy thunderstorms (20 to 30 mm) are predicted on Wednesday from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM in the provinces of Mdiq-Fnideq, Tetouan, Oujda-Angad, Nador, Driouch, Berkane, Jerada, Taourirt, Guercif, and Taza.
