The General Directorate of National Security Launches E-POLICE Digital Services Portal

Starting Friday, December 20, 2024, the General Directorate of National Security will launch the E-POLICE digital services portal, which will provide citizens with remote electronic request service for the criminal record certificate. This will be the first service integrated into the new digital portal, with plans to launch other services in the foreseeable future.

The E-POLICE portal is a comprehensive electronic platform aimed at providing a range of police administrative services to citizens in an easy and quick digital manner.

The criminal record certificate (Fiche Anthropométrique) request service will be the first to be integrated into this new portal. It will allow citizens to request this document remotely using their electronic national identity card, with the option to pay stamp fees electronically through the same portal.

After completing the request process, citizens will receive an electronic notification informing them that the document is ready, along with an appointment to collect it from the nearest identification data registration center, within shorter timeframes than the previous system.

In addition to the criminal record certificate request service, the E-POLICE electronic portal has been linked to other digital services such as requesting an appointment to obtain an electronic national identity card and the police recruitment exam registration service.

Through this initiative, the General Directorate of National Security aims to enhance the concept of community policing and simplify administrative procedures for citizens. It also plans to expand the range of services provided through this portal in the future, to include requests for other administrative documents such as residence certificates and renewal of electronic national identity cards.
