The President of the Royal Moroccan Football Association (AMF), Faouzi Lekjaa, called on all stakeholders to actively participate in the project of organizing the 2030 FIFA World Cup.
This major event requires the completion of a series of important infrastructure projects, including the construction of new stadiums, the construction of training centers, the modernization of roads and intercity transportation, as well as the improvement of accommodation facilities such as hotels.
At the meeting of the Royal Moroccan Football Federation (RMFU), the final version of the club licensing law was ratified, in addition to approving the amendments proposed by the Joint Committee on the Sports Discipline Code and the Competition Code.
The administrative office took several important decisions, including setting a deadline of 15 days for the authentication of sports contracts on the dedicated digital platform from the date of the corrected signature, and deciding to adopt the digital match sheet and generalize it to the national league for amateur football, women’s football and mixed football during the 2024-2025 sports season.
In the same context, a date has been set for the elimination matches of the Throne Cup competitions for the regional leagues and the National Amateur Football League, which must take place before the end of December of each sports season.
