Fès – La chambre criminelle des crimes financiers près la Cour d’appel a rendu, en audience publique, en premier ressort et en présence des accusés, ce mardi 17 mars 2026, un jugement condamnant deux prévenus dans une affaire liée à l’organisation et à la facilitation de la migration clandestine, les condamnant chacun à une peine de dix-huit (18) mois de prison ferme.
Fes – The criminal chamber for financial crimes at the Court of Appeal, in a public hearing at first instance and in the presence of the defendants, issued a ruling on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, convicting two individuals in a case involving the organization and facilitation of illegal migration, sentencing each to eighteen (18) months in prison.

Le dispositif du jugement prévoit la condamnation de (B.B) et (Y.B) pour avoir organisé et facilité la sortie de Marocains ou d’étrangers hors du territoire national de manière clandestine, dans le cadre d’une entente et d’un réseau, sans circonstance de récidive, des faits ayant entraîné la mort. La décision inclut également une amende ferme de 20 000 dirhams pour chacun des condamnés, avec mise à leur charge des frais de justice solidairement et contrainte par corps au minimum.
The ruling provides for the conviction of (B.B) and (Y.B) for organizing and facilitating the clandestine departure of Moroccans or foreigners خارج national territory as part of a coordinated network, without the aggravating circumstance of habitual activity, acts that resulted in death. The decision also includes a fine of 20,000 dirhams for each convicted individual, with joint liability for legal costs and minimum enforcement measures.

En revanche, la juridiction a acquitté les deux accusés des autres charges retenues dans l’acte d’accusation, notamment le chef de corruption et la circonstance aggravante d’habitude dans la migration clandestine. Elle a également ordonné la restitution des téléphones saisis à leurs ayants droit.
On the other hand, the court acquitted both defendants of the remaining charges in the indictment, particularly bribery and the aggravating circumstance of habitual involvement in illegal migration. It also ordered the return of seized mobile phones to their rightful owners.
