La commune de Fès a annoncé l’organisation d’une permanence administrative spéciale durant le week-end pour assurer les services de légalisation de signature et de certification conforme des copies de documents. Cette permanence aura lieu les samedi 14 et dimanche 15 mars 2026, correspondant aux 24 et 25 Ramadan 1447 H, au profit des habitants de la ville.
The Municipality of Fez announced the organization of a special weekend administrative service to provide signature legalization and certified copy services. The service will take place on Saturday, March 14, and Sunday, March 15, 2026, corresponding to the 24th and 25th of Ramadan 1447 AH, for the benefit of city residents.

Selon l’annonce publiée par la commune, ces services administratifs seront assurés durant la matinée, de 9h00 à 13h00, dans plusieurs bureaux administratifs relevant de différents arrondissements de la ville, afin de rapprocher les services publics des citoyens pendant le week-end.
According to the announcement issued by the municipality, these administrative services will be available during the morning from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at several administrative offices belonging to different districts of the city, in order to make public services more accessible to citizens during the weekend.

Dans ce cadre, les points de permanence annoncés comprennent le bureau central de l’arrondissement de Saiss, ainsi que le bureau d’état civil de Bensouda relevant de l’arrondissement de Zouagha. La liste inclut également le bureau d’état civil de Sehb El Ward dans l’arrondissement de Jnan El Ward et celui de Ben Debbab relevant de l’arrondissement des Mérinides.
In this context, the announced service points include the central office of the Saiss district, as well as the civil status office in Bensouda under the Zouagha district. The list also includes the civil status office of Sehb El Ward in the Jnan El Ward district and the Ben Debbab civil status office in the Marinids district.

Cette initiative vise à faciliter l’accès des citoyens aux services administratifs liés à la légalisation de signature et à la certification conforme des documents, notamment pour les personnes qui ne peuvent pas accéder à ces services durant les jours ouvrables.
This initiative aims to facilitate citizens’ access to administrative services related to signature legalization and document certification, especially for those who cannot access these services during regular working days.

La commune de Fès a également invité les citoyens souhaitant bénéficier de ces services à se rendre dans les bureaux concernés durant les horaires annoncés, tout en respectant les procédures organisationnelles en vigueur au sein des administrations.
The Municipality of Fez also called on citizens wishing to benefit from these services to visit the designated offices during the announced hours while respecting the administrative procedures in force within public facilities.
