Fès – Le bureau régional du Syndicat indépendant des infirmiers de la région Fès-Meknès a exprimé son inquiétude concernant les préparatifs liés au lancement effectif du Groupement Sanitaire Territorial (GST) dans la région, estimant que plusieurs indicateurs relatifs à la gestion des ressources humaines soulèvent des interrogations sur les conditions de mise en œuvre de ce chantier de réforme.
Dans un communiqué, le bureau a indiqué avoir suivi l’annonce du concours de recrutement des infirmiers et techniciens de santé au titre de l’année 2026 par le ministère de la Santé et de la Protection sociale, estimant que la répartition des postes attribués à la région Fès-Meknès ne reflète pas, selon lui, les besoins réels des établissements de santé de la région et ne correspond pas aux données transmises aux services centraux concernés.
Le communiqué précise que le bureau régional a tenu une réunion d’urgence pour examiner la question, au cours de laquelle plusieurs observations ont été formulées concernant la méthode de répartition des postes budgétaires, exprimant son rejet de ce qu’il qualifie d’approche unilatérale dans la gestion de ce dossier, estimant qu’elle ne s’inscrit pas dans les efforts régionaux visant à élaborer une vision fondée sur une répartition équitable des ressources humaines de santé.
Le syndicat a également critiqué le nombre global de postes attribués à la région Fès-Meknès, estimant qu’il ne répond pas à l’ampleur du déficit enregistré dans plusieurs établissements sanitaires et ne suit pas l’évolution des besoins croissants du secteur de la santé dans la région.
Il a averti que la poursuite de cette situation pourrait avoir des répercussions sur la qualité des services de santé et sur les conditions de travail des professionnels du secteur, ainsi que sur les perspectives d’intégration des diplômés des instituts de formation sanitaire en recherche d’emploi.
Le bureau régional du syndicat indépendant des infirmiers a appelé les autorités concernées à revoir la répartition des postes budgétaires attribués à la région et à adopter une approche participative prenant en compte les besoins réels des établissements de santé et les spécificités territoriales, afin de renforcer l’offre de soins et garantir la réussite du projet du Groupement Sanitaire Territorial.
Fès-Meknès: Union warnings over recruitment irregularities ahead of the launch of the Territorial Health Group
Fès – The regional office of the Independent Nurses’ Union in the Fès-Meknès region has expressed concern regarding ongoing preparations for the effective launch of the Territorial Health Group (THG) in the region, stating that several indicators related to human resource management raise questions about the implementation conditions of this reform project.
In a statement, the union said it had followed the announcement of the 2026 recruitment competition for nurses and health technicians by the Ministry of Health and Social Protection, considering that the distribution of positions allocated to the Fès-Meknès region does not, in its view, reflect the actual needs of health institutions in the region and is not consistent with the data submitted to the relevant central authorities.
The statement added that the regional office held an emergency meeting to discuss the issue, during which several remarks were made regarding the method of allocating budgeted positions. It expressed rejection of what it described as a unilateral approach in managing this file, arguing that it does not align with regional efforts aimed at developing a vision based on fair distribution of healthcare human resources.
The union also criticized the total number of positions allocated to the Fès-Meknès region, saying it does not match the scale of shortages recorded in several healthcare institutions and does not keep pace with the growing needs of the health sector in the region.
It warned that the continuation of this situation could negatively affect the quality of healthcare services and the working conditions of health professionals, as well as the employment prospects of graduates from health training institutes seeking entry into the labor market.
The regional office of the Independent Nurses’ Union called on the relevant authorities to review the allocation of budgeted positions assigned to the region and to adopt a participatory approach that takes into account the real needs of healthcare institutions and territorial specificities, in order to strengthen the healthcare supply and ensure the success of the Territorial Health Group project.
