Selon des habitants locaux, l’état de santé du patient nécessitait un transport urgent, mais la dégradation des infrastructures routières, accentuée par les récentes pluies, a empêché l’accès des moyens de transport médical, poussant un groupe de citoyens à intervenir et à porter le patient manuellement sur une longue distance dans des conditions difficiles.
According to local residents, the patient’s condition required urgent transport, but deteriorated road infrastructure, worsened by recent rainfall, prevented medical transport from reaching the site, prompting a group of citizens to intervene and carry the patient manually over a long distance under difficult conditions.
