Depuis les dernières heures, la ville de Ksar El Kebir vit au rythme d’un état d’alerte opérationnel continu, suite aux fortes précipitations qui ont touché plusieurs régions du nord du Royaume. Ces pluies ont entraîné une hausse significative du niveau des eaux et l’inondation de plusieurs quartiers résidentiels, parallèlement au remplissage du barrage d’Oued Al Makhazine et à la montée des niveaux des oueds entourant la ville.

À titre préventif, une opération d’évacuation par mesure de précaution des patients et du personnel de santé de l’hôpital de proximité de Ksar El Kebir a été menée, après la détection d’une menace potentielle pesant sur certaines installations de l’établissement en raison de la montée des eaux. Cette intervention vise à garantir la sécurité des patients et des équipes, et à prévenir toute urgence liée à l’évolution de la situation sur le terrain.

Elle a averti que le niveau de l’eau pourrait atteindre environ un mètre dans certains points si les pluies se poursuivent et que le niveau des oueds continue de monter.
