La chambre criminelle de première instance spécialisée dans les crimes financiers auprès de la Cour d’appel de Fès a décidé de reporter l’examen du dossier pénal n° 39/2623/2025, dans lequel plusieurs prévenus sont poursuivis pour des faits à caractère financier et administratif.

La juridiction a fixé au 24 février 2026 la date de la prochaine audience, justifiant ce report par la nécessité de convoquer le représentant légal du conseil provincial de Moulay Yacoub ainsi que l’agent judiciaire des collectivités territoriales, afin qu’ils se constituent partie civile et assurent la défense des intérêts de l’établissement public concerné.
