Sous la présidence de Abdelkrim El Ghanami, gouverneur de la province de Taounate, une rencontre de communication s’est tenue le 16 janvier 2026 au siège de la commune de Ghfsai, réunissant les élus des communes de Ghfsai, Sidi Yahya Beni Zeroual, Sidi El Haj Mohamed et la commune d’El Bibane, relevant du cercle de Ghfsai, en présence des autorités locales, des chefs des services déconcentrés et des responsables des divisions du secrétariat général concernés par la province.
Under the chairmanship of Abdelkrim El Ghanami, Governor of Taounate, a communication meeting was held on January 16, 2026, at the headquarters of the Ghfsai commune, bringing together elected officials from the communes of Ghfsai, Sidi Yahya Beni Zeroual, Sidi El Haj Mohamed, and El Bibane, within the Ghfsai district, in the presence of local authorities, heads of decentralized services, and senior officials from the provincial general secretariat.
Dans son allocution, le gouverneur a souligné que cette rencontre s’inscrivait dans une démarche d’ouverture à l’égard des élus, en tant que représentants légitimes des populations locales, et visait à écouter leurs propositions et aspirations en matière de développement territorial. La réunion a également permis un échange de points de vue et un renforcement de la coordination entre les différents acteurs territoriaux, afin d’élaborer une méthodologie de travail claire fondée sur la coopération et la complémentarité, et d’instaurer un cadre transparent pour la hiérarchisation des priorités et des programmes futurs.
In his address, the Governor emphasized that the meeting forms part of an approach of openness toward elected officials, as the legitimate representatives of local populations, with the aim of listening to their proposals and aspirations regarding territorial development. The meeting also enabled an exchange of views and strengthened coordination among territorial stakeholders, to devise a clear working methodology based on cooperation and complementarity, and to establish a transparent framework for setting priorities and future programs.
Le responsable territorial a précisé que les integrated territorial development programs currently being prepared in implementation of the Royal High Instructions constitute the most appropriate framework for examining submitted requests, within a participatory approach to explore ways of implementation that serve local interests. He commended the positive engagement of elected officials and stressed that his office, along with the general secretariat divisions and decentralized services, would remain open to reinforcing cooperation and coordination across development issues.
