The Fes–Meknes region is among the areas primarily concerned by this anticipated campaign, which aims to restore discipline to urban planning.
Available information indicates that these actions fall within a new strategy seeking to put an end to urban distortions. The operations are expected to include:
- Demolition of buildings constructed without legal permits or in areas not designated for construction.
- Strict enforcement of urban planning laws and penalties against violations.
