Several members of the Management Board of the Maghreb Association Sportive de Fès (MAS) conducted an inspection field visit this Wednesday morning to the club’s academy headquarters «Association MAS et Académie», where they closely observed the daily training sessions of various age groups, from juniors up to the hope category.
During the visit, Management Board members monitored the level of technical work on the training grounds, met with technical and administrative staff, and examined the quality of available infrastructure and the conditions provided for developing the talents of the rising generation of players from the scientific capital.
The attending officials stated, in comments to the club’s official website, that this visit comes as confirmation of the Management Board’s commitment to fully supporting grassroots training, considering the academy “the cornerstone” of the first team’s future and a true factory for talents that will defend the colors of Maghreb de Fès in the coming years.
They also praised the significant efforts made by the technical staff and the discipline and enthusiasm that characterize the young players, expressing their pride that the “MAS” academy has become a national reference in youth training and a primary source for supplying the first team with players capable of competing at the highest level.
It should be noted that the Maghreb de Fès academy currently includes more than 250 players distributed across various age categories and benefits from comprehensive infrastructure including grass pitches, sports halls, and accommodation facilities, alongside qualified technical staff certified by the Royal Moroccan Football Federation.
