In a message addressed to the relevant authorities, the residents of Asbool village in Timzgana commune, located in Taounate province, expressed deep concern after their children stopped attending school for three consecutive days following the removal of the teacher assigned to their village.
The residents called in their statement, which was published on social media platforms, for the immediate reinstatement of the teacher to ensure the continuity of the educational process and to prevent further disruption that harms the students’ educational future.
The statement also highlighted the urgent need to repair the local school building, which is structurally unstable and at risk of collapsing, emphasizing the importance of providing a safe learning environment that meets proper safety standards for their children.
The residents concluded their statement by thanking the concerned authorities in advance for their cooperation to address these critical issues and uphold the children’s right to continuous and safe education.
