According to a video clip sent to the newspaper, the complainant reported that a group of restaurant and local grocery owners deliberately placed plant pots along the sidewalk adjacent to the parking spaces. This encroachment not only occupies part of the pedestrian walkway but also blocks designated parking spots, preventing residents and visitors from parking freely.

The affected resident questioned the role of the responsible authorities in monitoring this disorder and called on the relevant agencies to intervene and put an end to this situation that disrupts mobility and the fair use of parking areas.
