The Anti-Gang Unit of the Fez Security Directorate successfully uncovered a fabricated theft case, arresting three individuals suspected of being involved in staging the crime. The supposed theft targeted a mobile phone and electronics store located in one of the neighborhoods within the Zouagha district of Fez.
According to Al-Massae newspaper, the incident, which occurred in broad daylight, was orchestrated by the owner of the targeted store. He enlisted the help of two friends to deceive the authorities into believing a theft had taken place, in an attempt to cover up his severe financial crisis.
