Fez – The Fez-Meknes region is experiencing a vibrant youth movement during the period from May 4th to 11th, 2025, as it hosts three major national programs under the purview of the youth sector. These initiatives aim at educational integration and training, operating under the direct supervision of the central administration of the Ministry of Youth, Culture, and Communication.
These significant national platforms include: the National Camping Program, the “Rings of Knowledge of Morocco” Cultural Tourism Program, and the “Skills” program for training educational facilitators within the sector.
These programs are part of the Ministry’s endeavor to establish a comprehensive, diverse, and equitable educational offering that effectively contributes to the educational and cultural integration of youth and children, reinforcing their right to camping, animation, and training, in line with the High Royal Directives and the requirements of the Kingdom’s New Development Model.

- Training Camps: Encompassing over 15 training sessions benefiting more than 1,000 young men and women.
- Local Educational Proximity Camps: Aimed at over 1,000 children from various local educational and social institutions.
Cultural Tourism Program – “Rings of Knowledge of Morocco”:
This national program benefits 100 young men and women from various provinces within the Fez-Meknes region. It aims to introduce participants to national institutions of historical significance and the Kingdom’s cultural landmarks through field trips and interactive thematic workshops, within the framework of the education for citizenship and national knowledge project.
“Skills” Program:
This program targets facilitators working in youth centers and women’s clubs in the Fez-Meknes region. It aims to develop and enhance the professional and pedagogical competencies of these facilitators through specialized training workshops in the areas of educational facilitation, effective animation, and efficient educational management.
Regional Coordination with Central Administration:
All these national programs are being overseen by the staff of the Regional Directorate of the Youth Sector in Fez-Meknes, in direct and continuous coordination with the Ministry’s central administration. This coordination aims to ensure the standardization of educational and organizational standards adopted at the national level and to guarantee the quality of services provided in the various hosting spaces for these events.
