Boutawil, a member of the Meknes Sports Swimming Club, showcased exceptional performance and professionalism, clocking a time of 28.13 seconds, surpassing his previous record of 28.22 seconds. This new time marks an important milestone in Boutawil’s career and underscores his dominance on both the national and international swimming scenes.
