Civil society organizations in the Errachidia region have strongly condemned the hostile media campaign launched by Hicham Gerando via the “Tahadi” channel, which involved a direct attack on the stature of His Majesty King Mohammed VI.
The organizations considered Gerando’s derogatory expressions as an affront to dignity, revealing a low moral standard, and asserted that he is part of a propaganda machine working in favor of the Algerian regime.
In their statement, the organizations reaffirmed their strong and principled commitment to the territorial integrity of the Kingdom, calling for defense of the nation’s sovereignty by all possible means. They expressed their deep belief in the justice of the Moroccan Sahara cause, stressing that national sovereignty over all the Kingdom’s lands is a red line. The statement also praised the widespread national consensus around His Majesty King Mohammed VI, a symbol of national unity and Moroccan dignity, in his continuous defense of the Kingdom’s primary issue.
Finally, the organizations called for resistance to any attempts to harm the Kingdom and its symbols, emphasizing that the Moroccan people remain united behind their wise leadership, ready to make sacrifices to preserve national unity and dignity.
