As part of the royal care extended by His Majesty King Mohammed VI, Supreme Commander and Chief of General Staff of the Royal Armed Forces, to vulnerable groups, the Royal Guard continues its annual initiative of preparing and distributing Iftar meals to needy families across various Moroccan cities throughout the holy month of Ramadan 1446 AH.
According to a statement from the Royal Guard, the operation covers multiple distribution points. In Rabat, Iftar meals are provided in Dar Salam, Touarga, Souissi, and at Moulay Abdellah Oncology Hospital and Ibn Sina Children’s Hospital. In Salé, the initiative extends to Oulad Moussa Village, Hay Salam, and Maamoura.
The initiative also reaches Tangier’s Charaf district, the Hafa Rkina area in the Tetouan region, and the Mashwar area in Marrakech. Additionally, it covers the Nkheilat Center in Rommani Commune, located in the Khemisset province, reflecting the solidarity aspect of this royal initiative.
According to the statement, a total of 150,000 Iftar meals will be distributed throughout the month, with all necessary measures in place to ensure smooth and well-organized distribution. Coordination between the Royal Guard personnel and local authorities aims to facilitate meal access under the best conditions.
