Rabat: Hammouchi Leads Security Delegation to Pay Tribute to Late King Mohammed V (Video)

Yesterday, Tuesday, the capital Rabat witnessed a solemn tribute ceremony marking the anniversary of the passing of the late King Mohammed V, which falls on the 10th of Ramadan each year.

His Majesty King Mohammed VI, Commander of the Faithful, visited the Mausoleum of Mohammed V, accompanied by Crown Prince Moulay El Hassan, Prince Moulay Rachid, and Prince Moulay Ahmed, to pay respects to the revered monarch.

As part of the ceremony, Abdellatif Hammouchi, Director General of National Security and Territorial Surveillance, led a security delegation to the mausoleum, where they recited Al-Fatiha in honor of the late king. This act reflects a deep sense of loyalty and appreciation for the father of the nation, whose struggles and sacrifices paved the way for Morocco’s independence.

The 10th of Ramadan remains an annual occasion for Moroccans to commemorate the legacy of King Mohammed V, who played a pivotal role in liberating the nation. It also serves as a moment to reaffirm commitment to his vision under the wise leadership of King Mohammed VI.
