The Regional Investment Center of Fes-Meknes has announced the launch of a new call for proposals, numbered 02/2025, aimed at developing a tourism and leisure project on a state-owned land plot covering 11,031 square meters in the M’Jaat commune, Meknes province.
According to information obtained by Fes News, this initiative aligns with efforts to boost economic dynamism in the region, create new investment opportunities, and enhance the tourism sector by offering modern leisure services.
Interested investors are required to submit their proposals at the Regional Investment Center headquarters in Fes, located at 45 Taha Hussein Street, before March 27, 2025, at 3:00 PM.
