Signing Partnership Agreements for Urban Rehabilitation Projects in Several Communes of Sefrou Province

The Sefrou region witnessed the signing of a series of partnership and financing agreements aimed at rehabilitating infrastructure and improving urban centers in several territorial communes. This was done with the participation of various local and national stakeholders involved in territorial development.

The agreements were signed in partnership between the Ministry of National Territorial Planning, Urban Planning, Housing, and City Policy; the Ministry of Economy and Finance; the Sefrou Provincial Authority; the Regional Directorate of Housing and City Policy in the Fez-Meknes region; the Al Omrane Company; as well as the presidents of the communes of Rabat El Kheir, Ain Taoujdate, and Bir Tam Tam.

📌 The signed agreements include:

📌 The urban rehabilitation program for the commune of Rabat El Kheir – Phase II (2025-2026).
📌 The rehabilitation program for the center of the territorial commune of Bir Tam Tam – Phase II (2025-2026).
📌 The rehabilitation program for the center of the territorial commune of Ain Taoujdate – Phase II (2025-2026).

These agreements aim to enhance basic infrastructure and improve the attractiveness of urban centers, in line with the developmental orientations of the region.

In a related context, the parliamentary representative for the Sefrou region, Idriss Chabchali, praised the efforts made by the various involved parties. He expressed his appreciation for the Minister of National Territorial Planning, Urban Planning, Housing, and City Policy, Fatima Zahra Mansouri, and the Minister of Economy and Finance, Nadia Fettah Alaoui, as well as the Governor of Sefrou, the Regional Director of Housing and City Policy, and the Director General of Al Omrane Company, for their support in bringing these agreements to fruition.

These projects are part of a comprehensive vision for urban development within the Sefrou region, aimed at improving living standards and enhancing infrastructure in the territorial centers covered by these programs.
