Dans le cadre du mouvement de mutation que connaît le ministère de la Justice au Maroc, le Dr Samir Chamal a été nommé, le 11 mars courant, chef du service du greffe du parquet près le tribunal de première instance de Taounate.
As part of the transfer movement within Morocco’s Ministry of Justice, Dr. Samir Chamal was appointed on March 11 as head of the Public Prosecution Registry Service at the Court of First Instance in Taounate.

Cette nomination s’inscrit dans la dynamique que connaît le secteur de la justice au Royaume, visant à moderniser l’administration judiciaire et à améliorer ses performances, dans le cadre du chantier de réforme du système judiciaire et du renforcement des principes de bonne gouvernance au sein des institutions judiciaires.

D’après les informations disponibles, le Dr Samir Chamal a auparavant occupé plusieurs fonctions au sein de l’appareil judiciaire, notamment la supervision de la section correctionnelle au tribunal de première instance de Fès, ainsi que la direction du greffe du parquet près le tribunal de première instance d’Azrou, avant d’être nommé à son nouveau poste à Taounate à partir du 11 mars 2026.
According to available information, Dr. Samir Chamal previously held several positions within the judicial system, including overseeing the misdemeanor section at the Court of First Instance in Fez and serving as head of the Public Prosecution Registry at the Court of First Instance in Azrou before being appointed to his new position in Taounate starting March 11, 2026.
