El Hajeb – La province d’El Hajeb a connu de nouvelles nominations parmi les agents d’autorité, concernant plusieurs pachaliks, annexes administratives et cercles, dans le cadre du renforcement de l’administration territoriale et de la redistribution des responsabilités au sein de plusieurs unités territoriales de la province.
Les nouveaux agents d’autorité concernés ont été installés lors d’une cérémonie officielle organisée au siège de la province d’El Hajeb le 19 août 2026, en présence de plusieurs responsables civils et militaires, des chefs des services déconcentrés, d’élus et d’autres personnalités.
Ces nominations concernent plusieurs responsabilités territoriales dans les villes d’El Hajeb, Sebaa Ayoune, Aïn Taoujdate et Aghbalou Akouray, notamment des postes de pachas, de chefs d’annexes administratives, ainsi qu’un caïd au cercle d’Aïn Taoujdate et un khalifa de caïd.
Dans le détail, Siham Inharat, qui occupait auparavant le poste de chef de l’annexe Aïn Khadem Akchmir, a été nommée pacha par intérim de la ville d’El Hajeb, en remplacement d’Abdelatif Sabri, admis à la retraite.
À Sebaa Ayoune, Lakbira Bougrou, qui dirigeait l’annexe Oued Eddahab relevant de la pachalik de Sebaa Ayoune, a été nommée pacha par intérim de la ville de Sebaa Ayoune, en remplacement de Youssef El Ramouti, promu au poste de secrétaire général.
Dans la ville d’El Hajeb, Noureddine Touzani a été transféré de la direction de l’annexe administrative Al Basatine relevant de la pachalik d’Aïn Taoujdate à la tête de l’annexe administrative Aïn Khadem Akchmir relevant de la pachalik d’El Hajeb.
Younes Belghami, qui occupait le poste de caïd chef de l’arrondissement Al Qods à Aïn Taoujdate, a quant à lui été nommé caïd chef de l’annexe administrative Al Basatine dans la même ville. La direction de l’annexe administrative Al Qods à Aïn Taoujdate a été confiée à Khalid El Jouhari, khalifa de caïd à la pachalik d’Aïn Taoujdate.
Les nominations comprennent également Ibrahim Samir, titulaire d’un master en finance des marchés et entrepreneuriat et diplômé de l’Institut royal de l’administration territoriale, 61e promotion du cycle normal des agents d’autorité, nommé caïd chef de l’annexe administrative Oued Eddahab relevant de la pachalik de Sebaa Ayoune.
À la pachalik de Sebaa Ayoune également, Zaid Mehraj, titulaire d’un master en droit international des affaires et diplômé de l’Institut royal de l’administration territoriale, 61e promotion du cycle normal des agents d’autorité, a été nommé chef de l’annexe administrative Aït Idder, en remplacement de Mustapha Baâbi, admis à la retraite.
Au niveau du cercle d’Aïn Taoujdate, Achraf Ahmine, titulaire d’un master en finance et comptabilité et diplômé de l’Institut royal de l’administration territoriale, 61e promotion du cycle normal des agents d’autorité, a été nommé caïd au cercle.
Les nominations ont également concerné Hassan El Faqir, khalifa de caïd, nommé à la pachalik d’Aghbalou Akouray.
Lors de la cérémonie d’installation, l’accent a été mis sur l’importance pour les nouveaux agents d’autorité d’exercer leurs fonctions selon une approche fondée sur la proximité avec les citoyens et l’écoute de leurs préoccupations, tout en renforçant la coordination entre les différents services et en assurant le suivi des dossiers liés à la gestion territoriale et au développement local.
Ce mouvement intervient dans le cadre du renforcement de l’administration territoriale dans la province d’El Hajeb, à travers l’attribution de nouvelles responsabilités au sein de plusieurs unités administratives, notamment en matière de gestion des affaires locales, d’accompagnement des besoins de la population et de suivi des dossiers et programmes au niveau territorial.
Avec ces nominations, la carte des responsabilités territoriales dans la province d’El Hajeb connaît ainsi plusieurs changements au niveau de différentes pachaliks, annexes administratives et cercles, dans l’attente de voir ces changements se traduire par une nouvelle dynamique dans la gestion des dossiers locaux et l’accompagnement des différents projets que connaît la province.

El Hajeb – El Hajeb Province has witnessed new appointments among local authority officials, involving several pachaliks, administrative annexes and circles, as part of efforts to strengthen territorial administration and redistribute responsibilities across several administrative units in the province.
The newly appointed officials were formally installed during an official ceremony held at the headquarters of El Hajeb Province on August 19, 2026, in the presence of several civilian and military officials, heads of decentralized government services, elected representatives and other personalities.
The new appointments concern several territorial positions in El Hajeb, Sebaa Ayoune, Aïn Taoujdate and Aghbalou Akouray, including pachaliks, heads of administrative annexes, a caïd at the Aïn Taoujdate Circle and a khalifa of caïd.
In detail, Siham Inharat, who previously served as head of the Aïn Khadem Akchmir administrative annex, has been appointed acting pasha of the city of El Hajeb, replacing Abdelatif Sabri, who has retired.
