El Hajeb – À l’occasion du 27ᵉ anniversaire de la Fête du Trône, la province d’El Hajeb a inauguré plusieurs projets sociaux et de développement dans le cadre des programmes de l’Initiative Nationale pour le Développement Humain (INDH), visant à renforcer le capital humain et à améliorer la qualité des services sociaux destinés à différentes catégories de la population.
Le gouverneur de la province, Omar El Merini, a inauguré un Centre d’épanouissement pour les enfants et les jeunes à El Hajeb, réalisé pour un coût global de 3,8 millions de dirhams, entièrement financé par l’INDH. Le centre devrait bénéficier à environ 600 élèves, de la quatrième année du primaire jusqu’au baccalauréat.
L’établissement comprend des salles dédiées aux arts plastiques, au dessin et à la peinture, une salle de musique avec un studio d’enregistrement, un espace audiovisuel, des salles d’enseignement des langues étrangères, un espace informatique, de robotique et de jeux électroniques, ainsi qu’une salle de théâtre, de réunion et de formation, sans oublier un espace vert consacré à l’éducation environnementale. L’objectif est de stimuler la créativité, révéler les talents et renforcer les apprentissages ainsi que les activités parascolaires.
Dans la commune de Btit, un Centre multidisciplinaire et d’insertion socio-économique des femmes a également été inauguré dans le cadre du programme d’accompagnement des personnes en situation de vulnérabilité. Le projet représente un investissement global de 4,2 millions de dirhams, couvrant les études techniques, la construction et l’équipement.
Le centre propose des services d’accueil, d’écoute et d’orientation, ainsi que des formations en informatique, cuisine, pâtisserie, couture traditionnelle et moderne, coiffure, en plus d’un espace réservé aux enfants afin de permettre aux bénéficiaires de suivre leur formation dans de bonnes conditions. L’objectif est de favoriser l’autonomisation économique des femmes en leur offrant des compétences facilitant leur accès au marché du travail ou la création d’activités génératrices de revenus.
À cette occasion, Marouane Mouloudi, chargé de la communication à la province d’El Hajeb, a souligné que ces projets illustrent l’engagement de l’INDH en faveur de l’investissement dans le capital humain et de la création d’un impact social et économique durable grâce à des espaces dédiés à l’apprentissage, à la créativité et à l’insertion professionnelle.
Il a également rappelé que ces réalisations reflètent l’approche participative adoptée par l’INDH, associant les partenaires institutionnels, les collectivités territoriales et les associations de la société civile afin de répondre aux besoins de la population locale.
Par ailleurs, un nouveau centre de la Protection civile a été inauguré dans la commune d’Agourai, dans le cadre d’un partenariat réunissant le Conseil provincial d’El Hajeb, la Direction générale de la Protection civile, la société Al Omrane ainsi que plusieurs communes de la province.
Construit sur un terrain de 1 633 m² pour un coût d’environ 1,5 million de dirhams, ce centre est équipé d’infrastructures modernes conformes aux normes en vigueur. Il vise à rapprocher les services de secours des citoyens et à améliorer la rapidité d’intervention en cas d’urgence, d’accident ou de catastrophe, contribuant ainsi à la protection des personnes et des biens.
El Hajeb Strengthens Social Infrastructure with New Facilities for Youth, Women, and Civil Protection
El Hajeb – As part of the celebrations marking the 27th anniversary of Morocco’s Throne Day, El Hajeb Province has inaugurated several new social and development projects under the National Initiative for Human Development (INDH). The projects aim to strengthen human capital and improve social services for various segments of the population.
The Governor of El Hajeb Province, Omar El Merini, officially inaugurated a Children and Youth Development Center in El Hajeb. The facility was completed at a total cost of MAD 3.8 million, fully financed by the INDH, and is expected to serve approximately 600 students from the fourth year of primary school through high school.
The center includes classrooms for visual arts, drawing, and painting, a music room with a recording studio, an audiovisual room, foreign language classrooms, an information technology, robotics, and gaming space, as well as a theater, meeting, and training hall, in addition to a green area dedicated to environmental education. The project aims to foster creativity, encourage innovation, discover young talents, and support extracurricular learning.
In the municipality of Btit, authorities also inaugurated a Multi-Purpose Women’s Socio-Economic Integration Center under the INDH program supporting people in vulnerable situations. The project required a total investment of MAD 4.2 million, covering technical studies, construction, and equipment.
The center provides reception, counseling, and guidance services alongside vocational training in information technology, cooking, pastry making, traditional and modern sewing, and hairdressing. It also includes a childcare area, allowing women to attend training courses under suitable conditions while acquiring professional skills that can facilitate employment or the creation of income-generating activities.
Speaking during the inauguration, Marouane Mouloudi, Head of Communication at the Provincial Administration of El Hajeb, said the projects reflect the INDH’s commitment to investing in human capital by creating educational and creative spaces for children and young people while supporting women’s economic empowerment through vocational training and integration programs.
He added that these achievements demonstrate the participatory approach adopted by the INDH, involving institutional partners, local authorities, and civil society organizations to better address community needs and promote local development.
In the same context, a new Civil Protection Center was inaugurated in the municipality of Agourai through a partnership involving the Provincial Council of El Hajeb, the General Directorate of Civil Protection, Al Omrane Company, and several neighboring municipalities.
Built on a 1,633-square-meter site with a total investment of approximately MAD 1.5 million, the facility features modern infrastructure that meets current operational standards. It is designed to bring emergency services closer to residents and improve response times during emergencies, accidents, and disasters, thereby enhancing the protection of lives and property.
