El Hajeb – Des acteurs de la société civile à El Hajeb ont appelé à l’ouverture d’une enquête sur la gestion des travailleurs de la Promotion nationale chargés de l’entretien des espaces verts, à la suite de ce qu’ils qualifient de dégradation de l’état de plusieurs parcs et jardins publics. Dans le même contexte, ils ont appelé à la publication des listes des bénéficiaires des cartes de la Promotion nationale ainsi que du nombre de travailleurs de terrain chargés de l’entretien des parcs publics. Ils estiment que la mise à disposition de ces informations au public contribuerait à renforcer les principes de transparence et de responsabilité.
Les acteurs locaux ont également adressé un appel au gouverneur de la province d’El Hajeb afin qu’il ordonne l’ouverture d’une enquête administrative visant à vérifier si la répartition des ressources humaines correspond réellement aux besoins des infrastructures publiques, ainsi qu’à examiner les différentes informations circulant au sujet de ce dossier et à prendre, si nécessaire, les mesures administratives et juridiques appropriées.
Ils ont enfin insisté sur la nécessité de mettre en place des équipes permanentes chargées de l’arrosage, de la surveillance et du nettoyage, afin de préserver les espaces verts qui constituent un lieu de détente essentiel pour les habitants, particulièrement durant la saison estivale. Ils appellent à une gestion garantissant un entretien continu des parcs et une amélioration de la qualité des services offerts aux citoyens.

El Hajeb – Local civil society groups in the city of El Hajeb have called for an investigation into the management of National Promotion workers responsible for maintaining public green spaces, citing what they describe as the deterioration of several public parks and gardens. They also urged greater transparency in the management of the human resources assigned to this sector.
In statements and widely shared posts, these groups said that several public spaces across the city have experienced a decline in maintenance standards, pointing to the irregular provision of watering, maintenance, and cleaning services. According to them, this has negatively affected both the condition of the green areas and the public facilities available to visitors.
The local groups also called for the publication of the lists of beneficiaries of National Promotion work cards, as well as the number of field workers assigned to the maintenance of public parks. They argued that making this information available to the public would strengthen the principles of transparency and accountability.
They further appealed to the Governor of El Hajeb Province to launch an administrative investigation to determine whether the allocation of human resources corresponds to the actual needs of public facilities and to verify the various claims circulating regarding this issue, while taking any necessary legal and administrative measures if warranted.
