Taza – Le Syndicat Indépendant des Cadres Administratifs et Techniques de Taza a annoncé l’organisation d’un sit-in d’avertissement devant l’administration de l’hôpital provincial Ibn Baja, à partir du lundi 2 mars 2026 à 11h00, pour une durée de quatre jours, en protestation contre ce qu’il a qualifié de « pratiques biaisées » dans la gestion administrative au sein de l’établissement de santé.
Taza – The Independent Union of Administrative and Technical Staff in Taza announced the organization of a warning sit-in in front of the administration of Ibn Baja Provincial Hospital, starting Monday, March 2, 2026, at 11:00 a.m., for four days, in protest against what it described as “biased practices” in the administrative management of the health institution.

Dans un communiqué, le syndicat a exprimé son désaveu de ce qu’il considère comme une violation d’accords antérieurs relatifs au mouvement interne du personnel, soulignant que l’annonce aurait été faite sans respecter les engagements pris lors d’une réunion précédente.
In a statement, the union expressed its disapproval of what it considers a breach of previous agreements related to internal staff transfers, noting that the announcement was made without adhering to the commitments reached during a prior meeting.

Le communiqué évoque également ce que le syndicat qualifie de « fuite de données administratives et personnelles » depuis le service des ressources humaines, estimant qu’il s’agit d’une atteinte à la confidentialité des informations professionnelles.
The statement also referred to what the union described as a “leak of administrative and personal data” from the human resources department, considering it a breach of professional confidentiality.

Le syndicat a par ailleurs signalé des dysfonctionnements et dépassements au sein de l’établissement, mentionnant notamment des pratiques qu’il assimile à des actes d’intimidation visant l’un de ses membres, ainsi qu’un déséquilibre dans la répartition des ressources humaines entre les services, faisant état d’un manque d’effectifs dans certains départements et d’une surcharge dans d’autres.
The union further reported dysfunctions and irregularities within the institution, citing in particular what it described as intimidation practices targeting one of its members, as well as an imbalance in the distribution of human resources among departments, pointing to staff shortages in some units and overcrowding in others.

Le syndicat appelle à l’ouverture d’un dialogue sérieux et responsable avec ses représentants et les employés de l’hôpital afin d’examiner des mécanismes de nomination transparents et équitables, dans le respect des droits des fonctionnaires et du principe d’égalité des chances.
The union called for the opening of a serious and responsible dialogue with its representatives and hospital staff to examine transparent and fair appointment mechanisms, while respecting employees’ rights and the principle of equal opportunity.

Il a précisé que le sit-in d’avertissement se tiendra les 2, 3, 4 et 5 mars 2026, ou jusqu’à satisfaction de ses revendications, appelant ses membres et adhérents à l’unité afin de défendre ce qu’il considère comme les droits des cadres administratifs et techniques de l’établissement.
It confirmed that the warning sit-in will take place on March 2, 3, 4, and 5, 2026, or until its demands are met, urging its members and affiliates to stand united in defense of what it views as the rights of the institution’s administrative and technical staff.
