Sources within the district council stated that elected officials and local authorities have expressed strong disapproval of the company’s actions, describing them as an attempt to impose a “fait accompli” by damaging roadways without complying with contractual obligations requiring restoration of the site to its original condition or securing authorization to occupy public property.
Available information indicates that the works have caused visible damage to sidewalks and asphalt in several streets, raising questions about the absence of technical oversight by the relevant municipal services to halt what has been described as unlawful encroachment on the city’s infrastructure.

Fès – Un fournisseur de services Internet et de téléphonie mobile fait l’objet d’accusations directes pour avoir endommagé les infrastructures routières dans le périmètre de l’arrondissement Agdal, en réalisant des travaux de creusement et de pose de fibre optique sans respecter les procédures légales ni obtenir les autorisations préalables des autorités compétentes.
Des sources au sein du conseil d’arrondissement ont indiqué que les élus et responsables locaux ont exprimé leur désapprobation face à ces agissements, les qualifiant de tentative d’imposer un « fait accompli » en dégradant la voirie sans respecter les cahiers des charges imposant la remise en état des lieux ou l’obtention d’une autorisation d’occupation du domaine public.
